Vegas Sp. z o.o., signed by District Court in Warsaw under the National Register of Economic Units number  0000107643. Head office has been established in Warsaw, ul. Trakt Brzeski 52. We are registered under CRO (Regon) number: 532307790, VAT Registration Number (NIP): 754-27-13-869

I. GENERAL DISPOSITION

1. Vegas Shop is trading through the Internet Network.

2. The offer is not restricted only to Poland.

3. All prices are subject to VAT.

II. ORDERS

4. By placing the order Client accept Terms and Conditions Of Use.

5. Within 24 hours after order placing, client will receive order confirmation sent on his email.

6. Order will not be accepted if major mistakes was done in the order form.

7. Order processing procedure will start after proper invoice amount will be transferred into P.W. Vegas Sp. z o.o bank account.

8. All goods will be dispatched within 14 days after the order has been authorized.

9. The order will be authorized only if goods are available in our warehouse. If they are not available, Sales Team member will inform Client and arrange new delivery date.

10. Client may amend the order by contacting P.W. Vegas Sp. z o.o. Sales Team before receiving proper Invoice.  

III. ORDER DELIVERY AND PRICING

11. Ordered Products will be delivered by specialized dispatch-reader. In some cases Client might be able to pick up ordered goods directly in P.W. Vegas Sp. z o.o. warehouse.  Delivery costs will be added to the final Invoice.

IV. PAYMENTS

12. The only acceptable payment method is advance payment directly to P.W. Vegas Sp. z o.o. bank account number, after the order has been confirmed by P.W. Vegas Sp. z o.o. Sales Team member. Bank details has been presented below.

V. INVOICING

13. The VAT invoice will be prepared for business entity after successful completion of the order form. Mandatory fields are as follows: Company Name, registered address and proper VAT Registration Number.

14. In case of the international sale, Client is obligated to present its International  VAT Registration Number in order to calculate proper VAT rates.

VI. COMPLAINT

15. Every product sold by P.W. Vegas Sp. z o.o. is brand new and fully working. The producer guarantee is enclosed to the order.

16.  In case of differences between the order and received goods, Client have to send them back together with the note explaining the problem, RMA number received from the member of Sales Team and its recommendation regarding realization method.  

17. Client have the right to demand free of charge repair or product exchange if received goods are different from the ordered ones, unless repair or exchange will not be available or will lead to non-essential costs. If P.W. Vegas Sp. z o.o. will not be able to deal with Clients request, he have a right to demand lowering the price or withdraw from a contract.

18. The day of receiving product by P.W. Vegas Sp. z o.o. is the proper warrantee declaration date. Vegas Sp. z o.o. will try to deal with Clients request in within 5 working days, however if additional technical expertise will be essential, this period might be extender up to 21 days. If after 21 days P.W. Vegas Sp. z o.o. will not be able to deal with Clients complain it will mean the complain has been accepted.

19. If P.W. Vegas Sp. z o.o. decide that warrantee claim is unjustified, Client will be charged for  the costs of goods returning, additional dispatching and technical expertise.   

20.  If inconsistency complain will be placed within 10 days from the purchase date, Client have the right to demand product exchanging option made in fast mode.  Fast mode exchanging option is available only for products without visible using trace. If inconsistency complain will be accepted by P.W. Vegas Sp. z o.o., and the product is available in our warehouse, P.W. Vegas Sp. z o.o. will dispatch the new item in within 2 working days from the date of receiving inconsistent product.

21. Warrantee and withdraw from a contract will not apply to the product with visible mechanical damage marks. That is why  Client is obligated to check the package before collection. If package will be damaged Client should immediately contact Sales Team member.

22. In case of delivery product damage, Client is obligated to contact member of Sales Team before sending products back to P.W. Vegas Sp. z o.o.

VII. FINAL PROVISIONS

23. Shop is operating according to the legislation Act from August 29th 1997 regarding personal data protection. Database is available only for P.W. Vegas Sp. z o.o. Every Client have the access to its own details – they can verify them, change or delete. P.W. Vegas Sp. z o.o. reserve the right to use Clients contact details for the purpose of its own market research or marketing campaign.

24. All the information contained in the P.W. Vegas Sp. z o.o. online shop are not subject to trade agreement within the Civil Code meaning. Client placing the order via mechanism available on the online shop pages, is placing the purchase offer of specific goods based on the conditions available in product description.

25. With all the matters which are not specified by above document, Civil Code regulations will be employed. 

26. Vegas Shop main currency is EURO, and automatic currency conversion to GBP or USD is based on the average ratio from the previous working day. Accordingly, even after placing the order by the Customer, Vegas Shop reserves the right to update the exchange rate to the accurate achieved from the RAIFFEISEN BANK POLSKA S.A. data from that day.

27. P.W. Vegas Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to refuse order, terminate accounts, remove or edit content.

28. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
